#1: Dashboard display Author: abs06, Location: East SussexPosted: Fri Jan 14, 2011 3:16 am ---- Hi everyone
Sorry if this has already been posted. Yesterday my dashboard display went off. I can make out the display but its very faint and u have to go up close. I think it may be the light.
My questions are:
1. Can i replace jus the bulbs or do i need a new unit?
2. How do i get to the unit to get it out?
Any help would be good.
Sorry if this has been posted before. Did do a quick search but didnt see any similar.
My car is a multiplex and the display is the bigger of the 3.
Thank you

Then there are 2 or 4 torx screws holding it in place.

Mine were loose causing a bad connection, meaning it was really dark. No need to buy new bulbs if thats the case
