Is there a set ammount of rotation for a set drop when turning the torsion bars? For example does a two splines turn mean a 35mm drop etc or is it just a case of positioning the wheel the different ammount and refitting the bar?

The best way to adjust the torsion bars is shown in this guide it means you can be more accurate with the amount you want to lower it by.
