Right, as some of you may know im having big trouble with the torsion bars in my car, they just wont move Sad

Would removing the trailing arm and lowering the bar with the ''notch'' method be of any use?

Does anyone know a rough guide to do this?

Regards, Sam

the notch method is abit of a bodge really and most of the time you only do around 4 notchs!
also it could damage the bush in the axel

best thing is apply loads of head and hit it with a sledge hammer

here is a video of the notch method from darron lobb from the 306 forum
