#1: engine temp only reaching 80 degrees???? 2.0 hdi Author: SDK206, Location: Earth, most of the time!!Posted: Thu Jan 27, 2011 4:50 pm ---- Hi all, 2nd problem or not as the case may be but only having had the 206 for a few days thought i would ask!! The temp gauge only reaches roughly 80 degrees and doesn't rise any further, now on other cars its normally 90 ish is 80 correct for my pug??
got a couple of other jobs needing doing so may aswell do em at the same time!!

like when a petrol does, if it doesn't and the stat sticks open it runs rich
do these engines behave the same?
i would assume once cold start is finished it wouldn't matter so much but just wondered if my MPG goes abit south
