Map Light

Hi,

I have a problem with the interior light (one in the roof above the gear stick that have 3 settings, off/doors/constant on).

When I open the doors (with the switch set to doors) the light comes on, all is good, Very Happy

When the switch is off, it doesnt come on, all is good, Very Happy

When I switch the switch to on (to use as a map light), it doesn't come on Sad

There is only one bulb, so I presume there isnt a problem with the light itself.

I've also checked the fuse box - Fuse 22 (a mentioned in previous post) is ok, however its a 20A - another post states that Fuse 22 is a 30A...could this be the problem??

Thanks in advance, sorry for long message! Laughing

Matt

Glove box light, map reading lamp, courtesy lamp, clock or multifunction display, instrument panel, on-board navigation, rear window lift, rain sensor, charge warining lamp

Just found another post that says its a 10A!

10 amp sounds better, & the interior light should work without the ignition being on.
