#1: gti 138 coolent Temp sensor Author: leigh_boy, Location: EastbournePosted: Sat Feb 05, 2011 3:14 pm ---- to the point. engine management light is flashing every few secs occasionaly, so stuck diagnostic tool on it, and dear god so many errors stored
so! cleared the faults ( doesnt help the diag tool (snapon) is ip the swanny so gives funny readis so not sure how accuate it was) so used the other diag tool and it just came up with coolent circuite, now last time i saw this is was the green plug sensor that controlls the injectors !
so i looked on the net for the sensor but cant find 1 for the 2.0 gti only for 1.6 and smaller, any 1 know if its a different sesnro or what i neeed?

Need to get one, as I just consumed nearly half a tank to do 100 miles :/
NO coolant temperature is showing at all.
