#1: Buying new sensors... Author: myke, Location: United KingdomPosted: Mon Feb 07, 2011 10:14 am ---- Hi guys,
Looking at getting a new temperature sensor ready for Summer, because the sensor seems to be playing up, throwing the temperature up high so the car flashes and beeps to stop, then when I stop the temperature plummets so I'm going to try changing the sensor because I think it may be broke.
I'm looking at euro car parts for the sensor, which would it be?

I'd leave the oil one, its about as much good as a kick in the bollox

You could try disconnecting the plug and see what happens.

I wouldn't have to softboot the BSI or nothing for that would I?
