Just for peace of mind, looking to check the cambelt...

#3: Re: Checking cambelt? Author: meady, Location: basingstokePosted: Thu Feb 17, 2011 10:45 am ---- How old is the car and how many miles has it done
#4: Re: Checking cambelt? Author: myke, Location: United KingdomPosted: Thu Feb 17, 2011 10:58 am ---- It's a 52 and the mileage is like 88k now.
It didn't have any service history or anything, I think the guy said it had a cambelt change before but I don't remember, that was over a year ago that I bought the car so I don't remeber! It has it's MOT in May, is going to a colleague's garage, where I might ask him to check it and also check the AUX belt too.
