New to the forum and looking for a bit of help finding a decent garage in scotland that will lower my torsion bar any suggestions folks?
I can do the front springs myself dont fancy messin up the rear axle. How Low shood i go was thinking 60mm?

i know a guy that could do it for you mate, he works in a garage down my way but is going to do mine on the side for me so i will ask him if he fancies doing 1 more?

Might be expensive but since you are lucky enough to live in Scotland go to Ecosse

I think 30mm on the front and 40mm on the rear is the norm, but i think thats for 180's.

Burnsy - how much does your mate charge for doing it?
big_rich - was thinkin just droppin it 40 because the council have decided to chuck speed bumps on my road and 60mm could be a complete nightmare ..

60mm on the back is far too much, it doest take too many mm on the back before you go to far, 30mm max on the back imo.

Ecosse in Bo'Ness is probably a bit far from you bud and I'm not too familiar with tuners/modifiers up in Aberdeen! But i like how folk just come in slating a company without backing it up, especially for something as simple as lowering a car!

Im gonna take a trip down to ecosse i think make a day of it as i dont trust much garges up here. Yeah some lad from down south just starts slating them but don't actually no anythng about thm
