hi was wondering if the 106 1.3 rallye head will fit onto the 206 1.4 lx to give a bit more performance
thanks Very Happy

will fit (i presume yours is 8v?). but you might need the inlet manifold as well.

and you will need a remap.

Depends which years yours is made

Pre 2000 yes

Otherwise you will need new inlet, and dont forget you will need a remap to run it right

Port the head, simpler (or invest in a 1.6 inlet manifold and ported throttle body)

but the valves in the rallye head is bigger, not to mention the cam too.

To cope with the 1.3 METAL inlet, so surely with the 1.4 inlet it will choke it

And there is no ifs or buts you need a remap with a 1.3 inlet manifold, lots of people have had running problems with this mod

Yes it will, but we said before

You will more than likely need a live mapping session costing around the £500 mark

it will give more than 2hp with a performance inlet manifold and a remap

Average remap is about 2-3 on a 1.4

With the inlet manifold and live mapped about 5 to 10

There is no point in uprating a 1.4 unless your are in a specific race series or putting a turbo on it

The reason for a remap is to make the car run correctly, standalone management would get you the most out of it

tuning it for insurance purposes because cant affor bigger car to get a wee bit more acceleratin not bothered too much bout top speed and sound lol

if you can afford cam, forge conrod+piston surely you can afford a bigger engine.
