Crap cheap lights, could check the earth & maybe put new bulbs in but I reckon your gonna have to live with it if you want image over substance.

Are you using the standard wiring or piggyback connections?

Try swapping the lights over and if the problem sticks with the lights then its a cluster/bulb fault.

Have you tried swapping the bulbs on the bright side to the dim side? If same problem then there is a issue with a connector

Err, yes he did, He said-
"any ideas what it could be?"

So if he'd got crap cheap lights that could have been why they weren't working well. & what was wrong with the rest of my advice about bulbs & earth? These type of lights are notorious for being a bit 'Danny' anyway.

Exactly, it didn't say did it? So being cheap & crap could have been the problem. & by the sound of his later post I was probably right as they were second hand with butchered wiring. Not exactly new & state of the art by the sound of it ay?

Grow a pair mate and grow up. He asked for help not your advice simple as.. Saying they're crap and cheap wont help him... If you have nothing decent to say dotn say it at all. Ok.
