Author: drunknmunky, Location: Blackburn and CatterickPosted: Tue Mar 01, 2011 10:26 am ---- Well sorry about the title if you misinterpret it but as you will now see from the pictures yesterday i took a trip to wakefield to have my car lowered off of 80brett i think his username is anyways i set off early in the morning and was caught up in so much traffic getting there but managed to get there in good time. He cracked on with the job at hand and 4 hours later my car was looking as ive wanted it to look for like ages
Oh and as for four hours that is because we came across a few problems, a droplink that was so stuck we had to saw it off at either end
Anyhow heres the pics
all comments welcome of course

yeah im tempted to go a bit more on the front but the sills are pretty much level
and the rear is like 60 mm and my wheels are sat into the arches as you can see so dunoo really
it does scrape though even when there are just dips in the road

trust me its 60 i measured it
it is a gti 180 so naturally lower than other 206's?
and how much lower at the front i only have a hands worth of gap before i lose turning ability?
could go another 10mm at most i think but then it will sit nose down and i like it pretty level
#13: Re: yesterday i got slammed! Author: Danw_VVT, Location: Herts/LondonPosted: Tue Mar 01, 2011 10:40 am ---- i personally think 10mm more would be perfect mate maybe a tiny bit less. but its your car mate so you can choose! lol
#14: Re: yesterday i got slammed! Author: drunknmunky, Location: Blackburn and CatterickPosted: Tue Mar 01, 2011 10:40 am ---- Oh and so you all know i am running soft front and hard rear on the dampening rates and its awesome its like its glued to the road can really whip it into turns
