#1: Clutch has gone I think... Author: Mod4hire, Location: HampshirePosted: Sat Mar 05, 2011 12:42 pm ---- Hi all
Well on my way to Southampton heading for my nearest Powerflow for some exhuast work, the car started over reving whilst trying to gain speed. I could sit in 3rd with my foot to the floor revs around 4k and only be doing 30, it continued there and back, but whislt at Powerflow I spoke to the guy about the problem, and he thought it'd be the clutch, I thought it was either the clutch or the gearbox anyways so it confirmed what I was thinking.
Now I'm not looking for a cheap kit that'll just about make the car move, but a decent kit for a reasonable sum of money, so if anyone could recomend one that'd be great:)
Had a quick look around KamRacing and they have this www.kamracing.co.uk/in...-disc.html what is the difference between a rigid disc and a normal one?
Cheers
Ryan

get the valeo clutch kit. though is more expensive (nearly double the price) but it worth the extra

Thanks for the replies guys, yeah I was thinking about the valeo one but there wasn't much difference in info between the two so was unsure, but that has cleared that up:)
