yesterday my dad and myself serviced my 180. After bleeding the brakes (no air got into the braking system as he's an ex REME vehicle mechanic), we are a little confused as to why the break pedal feels spongey and has to be pressed twice as far as usual to get the breaks to work?
He mentioned on the old Army land rovers there was a valve in the braking system incase a wheel was lost which would avoid you losing fluid etc. (which had to be reset after a service by stamping on the pedal hard). Is this the same case for the peugeot?
If not and i'm talking a load of bs then could I pick peoples brains for a possible cause/solution?
If worst comes to worst and it's not an easy fix it's booked in to a garage on tuesday.

It really needs bleeding with Peugeot Planet diagnostic kit.
You could try pressure bleeding it with a Gunson Easibleed kit.
