how do i remove them ?

Cant find anywhere an how to do it :s

there's a plastic bit that you pull to adjust the seatbelt height. Pull that off, it may be stiff but will come off.

Think it's a torx 10 or 15 bit you need to undo the lower cap of over where the seatbelt is attached. Undo that which will expose a bolt.

Undo that and the seatbelt will fall out.

Then prise the pillar off at the top and pull off.

on my first 206 it was a pain and left all sticky crap. I proffered it with.

Make sure you pull the adjuster thingy evenly. Wink I didn't, it snapped in half. Although not an issue, it just looks untidy.
