Possible, why anyone would want to is another matter.
There both bloody awful gearboxes & both are best avoided at all costs!

With Vauxhall its all the same but instead of having a gear linkage two motors fit in the hole to make it select gears and the clutch was the same just had some crazy pump. As for fitting an easytronic system don't even bother! The whole system uses so many sensors and if they do not get the right readings it will play up.
I learnt all of this after throwing £2k at a Easytronic Astra
edit: Actually Pug easytronic is different in how it works i think

Box will fit but it will need more than just the gearlinkage and clutch changing.

Just get a manual box and it will be easy
Actually my friends want to sell his 1.6 complete engine+gb_bsi etc, and i have the 1.4 8v with multiplex, but thinking having tiptronic function is better because of traffic jam in city..thats why im planning swapping 1.6 but maintain my original gb inside

206 auto, not the best long term ownership prospect
