#3: Re: headgasket? Author: Seabook, Posted: Tue Apr 12, 2011 12:25 pm ---- block coolant pipe/ radiator maybe? are all the pipes and radiator warm after a run?
NA engine was under negative pressure so i doubt it would cause the coolant to blow out. i could be wrong though
#4: Re: headgasket? Author: punk, Location: BrumPosted: Tue Apr 12, 2011 12:32 pm ---- Are you blowing smoke? I don't want to make anyone suck eggs have you checked the oil cap for mayonaise? Thats usualy a given sign of a blown headgasket. Also pop out your themostat and make sure it opens and closes properly.

There's also no water mix in the oil as i check the oil cap and dipstick regularly anyway is it cylinder pressure escaping directly into the water perhaps?

#12: Re: headgasket? Author: Indigo_GTI, Location: AberdeenshirePosted: Tue Apr 12, 2011 3:13 pm ---- my 106 does the same. a diesel engine headgasket going is not as bad news as you think, unlike a petrol. i've been running over 3k miles on mine and its still working fine, just bubbles away. just keep the coolant topped up
