Scott: There is a guy on here from Necastle who will do front and back for a £100, you just supply the springs.. Won't cost more thhan £40 in petrol.

The fronts: springs are a cheaper option and I wouldn't bother with coilies. There is no generic spring as each engine weighs more. Yours is the 1.4 yeah.. if you get 1.1's they will be about right, maybe a bit lower. If you ge GTi/HDi springs they won't lower as much..
