So my car started to make a lot of noise, when turning during the week.
After some checks, I had to replace the lower suspension arm today.

When the guy was fitting it, he saw something wrong with the spring. so decided to remove it to have a look.
He took the top mount off the the shock absorber and when he open it, it felt in pieces, all rusty -.-

So new top mounts needed. Saw for about £50ish on euro car parts. It should be the right price ? not overpriced right ?

Also need to replace the shock absorbers and the springs, so what do you guys recommended ? Going to take this opportunity to lower it aswell.

I have a 1.4 hdi from 2002.

would something like this do the job ? Very Happy

Alot of people recommend the following if you have a reasonable budget

www.kamracing.co.uk/pe...a-kit.html
www.europerformance.co...category=1

Either those or you could get a set of coilovers if you want to adjust the height of your car more than once.
