I have my car booked in for Friday for wheel bearing and front right, ball joint. how much would you expect to pay all in?

depends on what parts do you use.

i would expect around 200.

that's why i said depends on what parts they use.

cheapest parts on ebay: GBP 23 for wishbone and GBP 15 for wheel bearing.

good parts: around 120 for wishbone and 70 for the rear hubs

When the garage near me suspected my bearing had gone (it hadnt thank god) they quoted me around £150ish just for that so ~£200 seems correct.

I always get a quote first. Saves any nasty shocks Very Happy
