#1: Front wheel arch liners Author: Davels, Location: Norfolk PostPosted: Wed Apr 27, 2011 3:47 pm

My front wheel arch liners are quite loose for some reason and i think the driver side one may be the cause of my plastic rattling sound over bumps.

Does anyone know how to secure these so the are properly tight and don't move around?

A;; i can find through the search is people asking about rear arch liners for sale which doesn't really help me Laughing

Its 2 screws in the front through the bumper and 2/3 mushrooms clips into the arch.

what tom said, if the screws are missing or cant get them back in (like me) use cable ties to secure them

The arch liners are fixed with 4 bolts and 3 mushroom clips, the 3 mushrooms clips located in the colivers area, one on the left, and one on the right, and one on the top, about the bolts, there is 2 in front fixing it with the front bumper, and the other 2 fix it with the car body, you can see one of them on the rear end of the wheel (close to the wing end),and the second is located under the "side skirt".

called a "Hog Ring" apparently

there should be 1 or 2 on the back of each lining and one at the top in the middle going through both sides of it
