what could i do to help in efficiency.
i have a light foot, but i think something under the bonnet isnt in a good state.

Change gear at the correct point, not too high nor low.
Avoid stop-start driving if possible.

Same as I did before.. I have lost a few mpg on everyday driving due to the Panel filter and De-cat.
However the IC hasn't done much yet. Still needs mapped however.
Although.. If I give it a good thrashing, I can get as low as 30mpg

This is a sore subject. Please do not ask such questions lol. I think my mpg calculator is on 26.7mpg at the moment but that's over 6000 miles worth of driving.
If you rag it around on the other hand then it does hit 9.4mpg haha
