#1: The time has come to move on! Author: Mike PostPosted: Wed May 04, 2011 8:06 am
    ----
Well the time has come for me to move on from 206 ownership! Having had the car since October 2006 I've had many a happy time and also a few not so happy times with it but all in all it's been a very reliable car which will leave with a lot of good memories Smile

I am unsure at the moment whether or not the car will be sold as is or returned to standard, most likely the latter in which case a 'Wanted' thread will be up shortly with parts I need and subsequently parts that'll be for sale.

Nothing is sold yet but a few things have been earmarked for someone who showed interest a while ago. A full for sale thread with parts will be up in due course.

Few things are wrong with it, drivers side front wing is getting a little rust, passenger side wing has a dent (pictured), rear bumper has a couple of marks (pictured) a small patch of rust on the boot (pictured). Also has an oil leak coming from the head gasket seal. Apart from that and the odd mark here and there it's in good condition.

Car is on a 'W' plate, mileage is 92k with the belt done at 65k.

If anyone is interested in buying it as it is then please PM me with an offer, not decided on a price yet. As said though, it'll most likely be returned to standard first.

In the meantime here is the car as it stands now, most likely the last time it'll be pictured before it goes someway back to standard. Sad

Probably best to fix the bad points, then try to sell it as one!

I have the optional extra rear JBL speakers, the front tweeters and the tweeter covers, they are provisionally sold but will keep you in mind Smile

Front bumper + morettes would ideally need a respray, look fine from a distance but closeup the lacquer has chipped on the bumper. Be warned the bump strip would have 2 holes in unless you also wanted the headlight washers also? Is yours 5 door? If not the side strips won't fit Sad

Going for a 02-05 Vectra, either the 1.8 or the 2.2 SRi Smile
