Take them out, rough them up with course glass paper, rub the paper over both sides of the disc, refit pads using copper slip on the back and in the sliders where they make contact with the caliper. Usually solves a squeal.

Might just need the front brakes cleaning & then a little dab of copper grease in the right place on reasembly.
While its apart check the caliper slide pins are free.

Brembo when it wants discs
Ferodo Premier when it wants pads.
You chould have the 266mm x 22mm vented front brake set up.
