Injector seals

Hello,

Does anyone have the part number for the injector seals needed for a 206 2.0l 138 engine?
I need to make sure i get the right bits tomorrow.

I've been told it's a very simply job by all accounts. 3 out 4 are leaking/sucking in air. There are two bolts on the rail, spray a bit of WD40 to loosen things off and wiggle until all 4 work free from the block?

I'll be changing all 4 but I've heard of an injector service kit. It this just another name for 4 seals lol

Also is there anything else I'll need?

Don't bother trying to clean the injectors, they're very hard to clean properly/buy a kit to clean them, also A nightmare with that. And it is best just to buy new ones. They cost around £84.00 each though so not cheap. Check out Eurocarparts..then use that part number to see if GSF can do cheaper!

Very simple job to remove injectors. I had mine out yesterday and cleaned them with Carb Cleaner sprayed directly into each Injector head. This did make a difference. Buy hey if the rubber seals are gone / perished just get new ones.

I don't need new injectors, they are working fine. The car went for a full engine diagnostic a month back and all was good,
I do however have an air leak on three of them which is why the seals need replacing. So it was that part no I was after. I thought the service kit would contain these but it makes sense that the kit was more to do with cleaning them up rather than just containing new seals

Thanks for the above tho. Should prove useful for others when searching the forum for injector problems.

I replaced my rubber seals from a kit from halfords, cost about £3 for the kit containing like 50 seals iirc,

All done,

Three were completely perished so replaced all four.

I'll edit this post later for people wanting the pug part no. Pretty expensive as they come in pairs, one for the rail side one for the inlet side. It was the thinner inlet ones that were gone on mine. It was £6.49 for each injector set.

Must remember to use the blue pressure release valve so i don't end up with a face full of fuel next time. I caught one of the injectors when
