Been here for a while, and after seeing all of the project cars on here, decided to do one aswell. Hope you will like it,

Ohh, and english is not my first language, so sorry for any stupid mistakes lol

After getting my license, and lots of hours spent on the computer looking for a car, I found this one. It’s a 2002, 1.4 hdi lx .
The last register keeper was a woman, so it was in good state, apart from pink mats and a Tinkerbelle on the rear side window -.-
This is when I first got her

Then I found this forum, and that’s when the mod bug started.

First came the lexus lights -.- which stayed there for a while… and some alloy wheels.

Then I bought a ph2 bootstrip and a sp fuel cap from people on here, and fitted a bee sting aerial.

Next came some black side repeaters, blue footwell neons.

Didn’t took long to get some angel eyes and paint the badge black.

There was still something missing so I bought a spoiler and got it painted and fitted in the car

Then I won a gti front bumper on ebay and bought some eyebrows for my angel lights, but I hated them so I sold them already Very Happy

The light output in the boot is really bad, so I put some LED's in there.

As I don’t smoke there was no point in the ashtray, so I got some MFD panel and some vinyl and ended up with this

Also CC the strips on the side, painted A and B pillars black and the sp grill on the bonnet.

New headunit , and painted some bits inside and fitted chrome door handles.
Got some cheap GTI suede door cards and glove box from scrapyard, as a couple of mine were broken.

Team Heko wind deflectors got fitted - finally I don’t get the wind on my face while driving

Then some problems happen, had to replace top mounts, wishbone, wheel bearings and my springs were fu***d, so got EIBACH 25 mm springs and SPAX
Shock Absorbers. But im thinking of maybe lower it a bit more at the front.

Also fitted my phase 1 rear lights back on, as they look better than the lexus lights, and painted my sp fuel cap black, and the bolts on the rear windows.

Managed to de-wiper it today Very Happy

Well, that’s my car at the moment, still got a few things plan for it. Im waiting for a spray gun to arrive sometime this week, so I can do a few touches to some parts inside.
That’s how it stands at the moment

It was a pain in the a** to do the B pillars, the inside bits, as the paint is hard not to peel off.
