Hellooooo Very Happy
I'm only doing little girly mods on my car, who is called Hugo. Smile

The day I got Hugo Very Happy

Ugly rusty break drums...

Pretty matt black now Smile ....I intend on painting them pink in the near future along with my calipers

Some pink on the inside Wink

& then Hugo broke due to a very large speed bump that i went far too fast over Embarassed and farm tracks with lots of potholes...

Think its part of the back axel that broke.. but now i have a 04 replacement Smile

& treated myself to a plate for my 18th

Thumbs Up I know the spacing is illegal... but its prettyyy!

Obviously i've not done alot, but i hope you like what you seeee Very Happy xxx

Hi there, and just a quick question - why do you girls always name your cars? And is my other half the only who that doesn't?

Paint the calipers pink, but leave the drums black. They are ugly things and you want to keep them hidden Smile

Nice little car. Good to see a female doing a bit of mechanical work too.
Don't forget to change your plates before the MOT

Seb, my car is named. Crystal. Only because all my rears are crystals.

Never named any of my cars.. apart from my first, I always referred to that as Sh!ite or hunk load of cr@p!

Looks good, although not sure why you'd spend money on an illegal plate, when it could have been spent on a proper mod, but welcome to info anyway!!

My car is called Winston, I did not name him the girl who had it before did.

As for the locking wheel nut go to a scrap yard they will have hundreds of the things. I went to my local and found one when I lost mine.

Dont paint the callipers paint the wheels Razz would be so much better!!!

Very Happy

Just because they are called axle stands doesn't mean they have to go on the axle Laughing

Can be put on any structurally solid point Smile
