#8: Re: nightmare!!! Author: data, Location: HerefordPosted: Thu Jun 09, 2011 4:16 pm ---- Unfortunately, you might have purchased a "lemon." Is there any way that you could get back to the seller and offer to surgically remove both of his kidneys if he doesn't offer to help with the cost of repairs?
#9: Re: nightmare!!! Author: loopyloulou, Location: berkshirePosted: Thu Jun 09, 2011 4:24 pm ---- Hahaha
Luckily he is doing all repairs for free, and is making sure he does it all to a good standard, hence its taking time.
He has even lent me a car, although it has its own problems.....oh well what's another week or 2
#10: Re: nightmare!!! Author: data, Location: HerefordPosted: Thu Jun 09, 2011 4:27 pm ---- Well - result! I'm glad you had the testes to confront him, and good luck with the repair - hopefully you'll end-up with a 206 like mine; darn reliable without any issues in the last 3 years!

How the hell are we likely to know how long its gonna take to repair the ecu.
We dont have a clue whats wrong with it & we dont know whos doing the repair.
Ill take a guess & pluck a figure out the air, 6 years & 4 months.
Try asking the people that have the ecu if you want an answer
