did you need longer wheel bolts to put the spacers on? think i'm gonna get some spacers for mine because i dont like how the wheels sit way inside the arch... only 10mm or summit like.

What size tyres you go for on the BSX..?
#68: Re: Ruffys GTI HDI (updated 3/09/10) Author: Ruffy_206, Location: BristolPosted: Tue Mar 08, 2011 4:06 pm ---- thanks lads. pillar build im very happy with sound amazing aswell.
the amp is mounted pretty soilded. mounted onto 18mm mdf which has 3 big brackets on it bent to the right angle. so sould be fine.
and i went for 195 45 16 in the end because 40 are to small for the type of roads i drive on 300 miles a week. same they done do 185 really.

So you running your p4 active on the comps then a second set of tweeters from the p2?
#74: Re: Ruffys GTI HDI (updated 8/03/11) Author: Ruffy_206, Location: BristolPosted: Wed Mar 09, 2011 10:31 am ---- Plan for the mo is to run the p2 to the tweets in a pillar ones in the mirror sail are not going to work. Then run p4 bridged to kids and p1/sub to the sub.
Want to try this first as it means I don't need an extra crossover/line driver plus can time align them all from head unit. Need to wire it all up yet just running front active off the iPod ATM.
