I was just about to say that...

You order Bosch, they send you something else,
You order NPK, they send you some other name!

Yeah I never use them either. Always use GSF or AEP-Direct.

But they always send me voucher codes Laughing

I read reviews and to be honest I saw a serious amount of complaints, but for drop links they were so much cheaper than the dealer I gave them a try. Been fine and used them again a couple of months ago can't fault them. But then I've had s**te service from companies other people say are good so I guess it's really luck.

there's one just opened in Bolton so if I need anything and they are the cheapest then I'll go into the counter and make sure I get the right part. Always prefer to deal face to face rather than online if I can, that way you know what you are paying for.
Still prefer going direct to the factors though. Used the same ones for years so I know that they don't rip me off. Might have to travel a bit further to them but it's the knowledge of the staff and the discount I get that makes it worth while.

If it works then that sounds better, but I've heard claims that they charge more in the store and can't do the online price Laughing
