If you were local I would, there's something calming about cleaning a car

I disagree.
I find that when cleaning it I notice all the imperfections like chips, scratches lacquer cracks etc. So I get annoyed

I agree I get annoyed at stone chips etc, still it looks better clean with stone chips than dirty with stone chips lol

The thing is when tour doing your own car you can stop like I have now, I'm going to go and do the interior in a min, you can't do that when your getting paid for it, I do love cleaning it though and the missus is happy that my hobby is relatively inexpensive, well after you've spent a couple hundred on decent cleaning products

Depend's if you have the time, The Iraq's near me are actually pretty good. I do know though If I did have the time I could think of better thing's to do in three hour's than clean my car
#13: Re: Roll on Monday, car is getting machine polished Author: furryhobnob, Location: NuneatonPosted: Fri Jun 24, 2011 9:13 am ---- I'm just trying to keep myself busy mate because if I stop I'll fall asleep lol, and the polish near me are bad for cleaning cars, use dirty sponges and water, I would rather clean the car with p**s and a Brillo pad
