#1: do I need new suspension? Author: karimali831, Location: EnglandPosted: Sun Jun 26, 2011 5:33 pm ---- When I'm driving around 10 mph and apply gas when needed, I feel an uncomfortable "jump" that feels like something is not mounted correctly from its position underneath and as it slows down, it jumps again. Anyone know about this problem?
Thanks in advance.

#4: Re: do I need new suspension? Author: karimali831, Location: EnglandPosted: Sun Jun 26, 2011 5:57 pm ---- I was going to get this checked tommorow (hopefully free) I know Halfords do free checks just hope the outcome is not costly over this...
I have also noticed my gear stick shakes like mad in gear 4 particiularly at high revs and sometimes gear 2. I try to avoid these gears when I can because I believe something will dismount...

Definitely engine mounts, my Gearbox/rear mount snapped 2 weeks ago after feeling a horrible shaking/vibration through the gears, cost £150 to repair as it broke the gear linkage too!

#14: Re: do I need new suspension? Author: Edward, Location: In the garagePosted: Sat Jul 02, 2011 1:16 am ---- I really don't think uprated engine mounts are the answer. Expect a significant reduction in refinement.
