As I remembered , the garage said they changed a set of cambelt.
for the timing belt , just changed the "tension roller-belt"
No water bump changed, and is the tensioner linked to the timing belt?
if yes, I had not get it changed.

Shd be from Water pump! and after refilled the "water" .. there is no sound in low temp and only a little bit sound at high temp!
