Hi all.

I have searched the site for information on the parts i am having trouble finding. But i came up with nothing. I am hoping i can get some advice from you guys please.

First off i have a 1999 206 1.4i GLX.

The list of things i believe my car will fail an MOT on is a long one, however it is not due until September. I am hoping to sort it out now so that it is ready for the MOT and will hopefully pass it first time round Laughing (yeah right).

Things i know i need...
Driveshaft NS
bottom engine/gearbox mount bush
Track rod end NS
Gear Linkages (mine are useless)
And there are a few bits like tyres and a hole in my exhaust etc.

Ok, i need a driveshaft and i have found one so i have no problems with that. But i am also going to replace the bottom engine/gearbox mount aswell. This is a part i am having trouble finding. I have found this part HERE but the guy at the shop said he thinks it won't fit my car. I have looked for it on other websites but have come up empty handed. I looked on the Vibratechnics website but it doesn't seem to let you buy one directly from them (i may be wrong though). Does anyone know where i could get one please?

Track rod ends are easy to find on Ebay but do you think THESE ones will be ok?

And finally the gear linkages. I know these are not an MOT fail but i really need them changing as it is hard to find a gear in my car now. So i was going to fit the ones from Pug Racing. I know you have a group buy last year, are they any good?

The tyres and such i can deal with nearer the time.

Also are there any parts i will need to replace (such as nuts and bolts) while doing this kind of work?

Thank you for any help you can offer me Smile

Just go down to your local motorfactors, surely?

GSF will have all the bits you want and a fair price.

Go to down peugeot with vin and ask for parts needed, they'll give you the appropriate part numbers and then you can go search for cheaper alternatives if you're adament that's what you need to do?
