#1: My cars really low... Author: Abzynthe, Posted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 12:48 pm ---- May be nothing, but, as some people may have seen, my car is quite high. But, I put 8 slabs in my car yesterday to take to my house to make a make shift driveway, and even with them out now, the car is about 3 inches lower than it was. I've even driven it and it hasnt raised any higher.
Im not too worried about it as the suspension still feels fine.
I guess I may have just got myself a free lowering
But should I be worried?

#3: Re: My cars really low... Author: Abzynthe, Posted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 12:56 pm ---- Still feel fine though :S

#7: Re: My cars really low... Author: scotty206, Location: sutton midsPosted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 2:34 pm ---- is it just me or is it parked on a slope in the last pic hence it would be lower....
#8: Re: My cars really low... Author: Abzynthe, Posted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 2:35 pm ---- No thats just the camera shot, does look a little misleading..
#9: Re: My cars really low... Author: scotty206, Location: sutton midsPosted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 2:39 pm ---- well the garage door is straight and the wall is yet the car is on the c**k so thats one hell of a funny camera shot
#10: Re: My cars really low... Author: Abzynthe, Posted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 2:45 pm ---- Ive always thought it was flat :S
Heres another pic of it in the same place.
Ill see what it looks like on a definitely flatter surface, but I still think its lower than the first pic.

#13: Re: My cars really low... Author: Lee, Location: EnglandPosted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 4:34 pm ---- Didn't reverse straight in and put the handbrake on did you? That would hold the rear end down.
#14: Re: My cars really low... Author: Abzynthe, Posted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 4:36 pm ---- no, i moved forward before putting the handbrake on.
#15: Re: My cars really low... Author: Rob2859, Location: HalifaxPosted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 4:43 pm ---- Thats nothing. I had no back seats in my car and I think 5 people sat in the back, my wheels were in the arches on 14" steelies

Yeah, but its lower after the slabs have been taken out.

Author: robertmarcs, Location: carmarthenPosted: Mon Jul 04, 2011 12:44 am ---- looks like the shocks have compressed and not released. as in they are leaking and when uve put that extra weight in the back its pushed the oil/gas out of the cylinder. id get it checked straing away abz. it may 'feel' fine, but u dont want the shock to compress any further, especially if your on a corner/bend and it causes the rear to let go. lol
