#1: Looking for upgrade Author: karimali831, Location: EnglandPosted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 3:58 pm ---- With a 1.1, a good 100KM will cost me no more than £10, probably £7-8 so economically it's very good but it is very underpowered that can't even reach 10 mph on 1st gear before changing to 2nd gear.
I'm quite on a tight budget with petrol expenses... anyone owner of 1.4 or 1.6 can let me know on how much they pay for petrol MPG or distance per litre?
Thanks
#2: Re: Looking for upgrade Author: Andrew, Location: Black Country Ay IPosted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 4:03 pm ---- My 1.4 I seem to get 35mpg town driving, when I went to fast show my return journey (80 miles) was a about a fifth/sixth of the tank
Looking on parkers, there is not much difference in the economy, so I would go for a 1.4hdi or 2.0hdi
#3: Re: Looking for upgrade Author: Abzynthe, Posted: Sun Jul 03, 2011 4:06 pm ---- I dont know exact figures, because my mileometer doesnt work, but I work 8 miles away from home and a tank will last me a month (just before fuel light comes on).
And, I can get to Kent and back on half a tank.
I have a 1.6 btw

Lool that would be impossible with Peugeot 206 1.1... at 10MPH it is at 3000-4000 revs. 30 MPH on first gear will be nice Fast start...
