XS is a traditional Peugeot trim level, and the I signifies 16v.

SI will be the 1.4 16v.

But how can it be a 1.4 16v when the insurance states a 206 quiksilver SI 1587cc engine? Ohh this is annoying!

X means 3 door doesn't it???

SI was normally for the 2.0 litre estates models.
