as said by harry, when your trying to undo it, push the actual light fitting into the body of the car as hard as you can, it will release the pressure on the nut and make it WAY easier to get off

Thats what i'd suggest aswel. relieve the stress the light has but pushing it toward the car.

if you get them off, grease the thread up so its easier next time
