Wow. Take your absolutely loaded then. Oh hang on you cant be as you drive a 206 so spending £120 just on front pads just makes you dense.
Haha. Way to make yourself sound like a total p***k. Yeah i have a 206 in my collection, but before insulting me it would have been wise to ask why the pads are £120 a set. Then you wouldn't look so stupid.
Yes I may look quite stupid. Saying that I guess I'm the only one who must not have a crystal ball who can automatically guess you were talking about a 406 on a 206 thread without stating that fact first.
#34: Re: Want a laugh?? Author: fatboyslim, Location: Lincolnshire,Home of the RAFPosted: Mon Aug 08, 2011 3:08 am ---- I did wonder when I saw those pads were for a 406
Thought he had a 406 conversion on a 206
I still think £100 to do my CC all round is good, and that's using Mintex items
#35: Re: Want a laugh?? Author: st3v3n, Location: Liverpool Drives: 206 GTiPosted: Mon Aug 08, 2011 5:13 am ---- it is a 206 though. But with 406 brembo Calipers. Still no need for a staff member to be insulting to me.

+1
That was out of order.
£200 for red stuff front pads here And £200 a tyre. The joys of German cars
#37: Re: Want a laugh?? Author: sam-c, Location: Uni: Kent Home: ScunthorpePosted: Mon Aug 08, 2011 5:46 am ---- In fairness you could both of handled yourself better
st3v3n could have cleared up that his were so expensive because he had had the break conversion and, in daves words, appeared not so "dense"
Dave shouldnt really of bitten your head off as its your money at the end of the day but I have to admit sometimes the little things get to you, I'm just as bad myself sometimes in the ICE threads

Don't think anyone will beat the price I get on the VX, £250 for 4 brembo discs and 1155 pads all round. £270 for 4 tyres
Only costs about £5k to get 300bhp from them too.

I repeat, the joys of German cars.
I can get 300bhp from mine for about £800
But it wouldn't be quite the same as a VX220
