surely putting this through the turbo is a horrific idea

#12: Re: egr valve Author: Harty, Location: West LothianPosted: Thu Aug 11, 2011 10:37 am ---- well all i can find is reduced emissions and better cold starting but i have to agree with ExoVyper surely the abrasive nature of the soot that cokes up everything can only cause abrasive effects on the turbo fins and everything else? i cant really see the appeal of sticking that sort of mess through your intake system, if thats what goes though the system why do we have panel filters?

The amount of crap in that thing is disgusting... Especially around the egr port... The boost pipe however was nowhere near as bad but still minging im planning on welding off the egr port and blanking it that way i think
