Got my car a few weeks back and been sorting little things . My HU is asking me for a security code before it will allow me to do anything . Can anyone point me in the direction of sorting this out ?

have you not got the code in the cars paperwork.

There are thousands of code generators but I've struggled to find a blaupunkt what that actually works. If you can't get a code just go to a site like this www.radio-code.co.uk/ and they will be able to give it you for around a fiver. All they do is use a program to generate the code so it's cheaper to get it for free.
There are forums that will do it for free, can't remember the names of them though.
You should try phoning the dealer as they may have it on file from when the car was first bought but if they have to generate the code it will be £25
