Looking good... However I think the spoiler and bonnet ain't gonna work and the White nimmies are better than the other alloys.

custom hubcentrics are on order because of the bore sizes and obviously the pcd is converted from 4x100 to 4x108

Thought it would be a little different
Looks cool lights also look brighter
I can't see it making light output better, I bet the light sprays everywhere and is a b*tch to drive towards. I think it'd be a legal requirement to.
I think it looks awful personally if it was black it'd look alright but it just makes a nice set of headlights look cheap imo.
Interested to see how it sits on the wheels once they have tyres.

That's cool it looks very different now it has -5 camber on the rear and 1/4 -1/2 inch more tyre stretch which I have to say looks awesome so from 205/40r17 to 185/35r17
As for the number plate I had it mounted in the centre
#58: Re: Project 8 ball Author: sam-c, Location: Uni: Kent Home: ScunthorpePosted: Sat Dec 29, 2012 12:43 pm ---- Best be staying well away from any curbs then

you will see soon enough . I had bought a spare axle and had the arms heated then twisted . But upon doing it we discovered a better way off getting camber by getting a custom made hub bolt from tensile steel with the angle I needed
Want to save pictures until the respray is done
#62: Re: Project 8 ball Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Sun Dec 30, 2012 5:05 am ---- Why?
Mine still needs all the work done but ive managed to post constant pictures. And who would want to hide such a good thing? Admittedly its after me, but hey ho
Plus i thought you said it was all done?
#63: Re: Project 8 ball Author: 00budham00, Location: IpsPosted: Sun Dec 30, 2012 5:12 am ---- Doesn't hurt for people to know what we did its the how to go about it getting it done !the arms just didn't give me the camber I was after I wanted more and for it to be interchangeable for mots with a simple changing of the bolts
Also with the rear air bag bracket being so close to the arm after doing camber I had to find another way of doing it and keeping the distance for the bag to travel.
Sorry I'm not like everyone . Posting pictures after they change a light bulb lol
Yes you may be the first for camber but ill have camber and air ride ! Which will be a first
#64: Re: Project 8 ball Author: Addaz, Location: SuffolkPosted: Sun Dec 30, 2012 1:07 pm ---- Wow camber and air ride that doesnt go as low as static........
And i will just point out that changing a light bulb is slightly different to adding camber dear
