Couple of minor things

1st. When i brake the brake pedal make a squeking noice.
2nd the gear stick feels that loose when its in gear it feels like its in neutral.

Any ideas?

i had a squeaky break pedal and all I did was spray a load of WD40 all in the workings behind the pedal, as simple as it sounds... it never came back!

WD40 0n the linkages as stated.... the gear change is like that if the bushes are worn.... you can replace them
