As the other thread is getting busy and I feel I've thread jacked here is a new meet for the 25th Smile

Date: Sept Sunday 25th
Meet: Halfords Chichester Carpark at 2PM UNTILL FURTHER NOTICE!!!!
Place: West Witterings Beach then onwards! Maybe bowling or meal in the evening?
Costs: around £7 to park

To do:

Gonna try a BBQ if its goods weather. We can take disposable ones and stuff. If the weather is not warm but not raining we can still try a BBQ on the field but wrap-up. If the weather is good hit the sandy beach and we can also skim board if my mate let's me borrow his.

After a nice meet and great we can head to Chichester for some bowling and eat in a restaurant or pub or Mc donalds depending on the funds!

If the weather is poo we can always decide to ago somewhere else Smile

think meeting at halfords is the best idea to prevent paying to get into the beach to not stay.

well i live very near to chichester and normaly i try not to go out if i don't have to lol lol my daughter runs the catering on goodwood for the estate and it normaly takes her 20 min to get there when the big shows are on she leaves at 5 in the morning and can take an hour, and thats before the traffic really starts.

tbh no not round here mate plenty of pubs and some quite good food ones but nightlife is pretty dire most of the younger car crowd seem to head to portsdown hill mate but sundays will be quite up there aswell

maybe we should think about haveing a reguler monthly meet in a pub somwhere ???
maybe one mth over worthing way then the next ports/southampton way so its fair on the traverling side of things.

We did have a very good time in the evening, more food, bowing and pictures Very Happy

It was an epic meet and we are definitely considering making it a regular monthly event because there are more than enough of us in this area to make it a rawring success!
