I've just thought, they may well not be open on a Sunday so I have cut Sundays off the list until I find out for sure, Mattie I have added an extra November date as I understand not everyone is going to be available in a 3 week frame

Sounds good, on their website it says they also do saturday mornings, if HLM don't do a good enough deal I will contact them

The only trouble is if we have enough members interested it could take up more time than they will want to stay open for, and Hinckley is in the East Midlands whereas most of the members interested live locally to Bromsgrove and the immediate area

Most member interested are only interested because you picked the place close to them.

If you picked scotland, then more people from scotland would be interested Razz

RS tuning is hours away from me, but i dont mind its a day/weekend out

I have just been on the phone to HLM tuning and we have discussed what the day would include, prices and possible dates.

Because of the school holidays they would like to avoid the 22nd, I think they are going away on holiday on that date, so we have a choice of the 29th, 5th or 12th. I am opening a poll on the first page as to what date you would prefer the most.

We have been given a very generous offer of £35 per car, this includes:
- 3 power runs per each car and an average of the 3 runs will be used to create the graph data - looking on their website this usually costs £75 each so we are getting a great deal here
- Sandwiches, tea, biscuits and coffee in their waiting room
- Graph printouts plus dyno data e-mailed to us/saved onto our own cd's/flash drives. The data can be viewed on their software from the dynojet website which allows you to look at all the variables including air to fuel ratio and change all the presentation so you can analyze things against each other
- He said up to 40 cars would not cause a problem

The dyno is very young and state of the art, its Dynojet 224x LC is you want to go do your research

I did ask him about remaps, he said it would cost £300 for a remap and that he tends to decline on n/a cars as the gains can be negligable, it's only really worth it on a turbo

Its better to book it in advance to secure our slot so I will be calling him back in 2 weeks to make the booking

Cheers

Nice one Smile I couldn't quite figure out if you were interested by your first post but I'm glad to hear you're interested

Seb replied to my PM saying he will reply to me properly when he is back in the country, I can only assume he might be interested too

Thats no problem at all Mattie, I need to stay informed of numbers though and what date is best for the majority, so if you do could you link them to this thread or pm me to keep me updated please?

Ant also has this advertised on PSOOC, the more the better Smile

On the phone the other day they said up to 30-40 cars is no problem but would take all day, if more than 20 come then it will go into the afternoon and the guy would have to employ more people to work that day
