Window with paint on it *Solved*

Right i have a problem i bought a tinted window today and the word "FOR"
is written on it can anyone help me out with ideas on how to get it off,
So far i have tried:
White spirits
Hot soapy water
Window cleaner,
Any help would be appreciated,

is it on the same side as the tint? if its not the scrap it off with a stanley blade. if you keep it flat to the surface it shouldnt scratch

Right will try petrol and no its not on the same side as the tint, thanks for the input so far!
