how much we looking from halfords because i dont want 2 damage the alloys because got brand new tyres on them

my local tyre shop welded two bolts onto the nuts to remove them and they didn't damage the wheels Smile

Overkill.

Hammer a socket over it. I think Snap-on do a socket that cuts into the metal and gets stronger grip on the locker is removed.

dependant on how tight it is hammer and socket just shaved it

and the locking wheel nut removal keys couldn't get a bite on it

was the only option T_T

that was the one i was using xD

the problem was that the cutting grooves actually ran into the socket for about a mm before they properly started and that was the distance i needed to havea bite Razz

ive been told £20 to take both of them off so just wanted to know is there anyway i could get it cheaper or not

reminds me of my locking nut, was a right b**ch to remove, work managed to chisel new slots in and hammer the locking nut on and used a air gun onit, removed in 5mins, was done up to 135Nm stupid

I actually left 2 nimrods on the last car I scrapped because the locking nuts stressed me out so much Sad
