I can answer that... put the cars into perspective, A ferrari is a race/track car, It was bred from a racing pedigree and therefore is at its best on that enviroment. It is not the fastest car on the road.... ask Ape!

The 206 is not a race car or was it ever designed as one, However it was built with rallying in mind, Hence the 206 WRC car that did so well. Now put the ferrari on a rally stage and you will see where I am going here. There are at least 3 members on this forum who have cars capable of beating the ferrari......

I understand that, my point was, cost outweighing worth.

I picked ferrari in that convo based on Apes Leon, i knew we had a few members with capable cars. I understand that ferrari is not the fastest car on the road.

TBH i have no point with this, i'd love a 206 that could whip the lambo i see most evening on the way back from work, just to see the guys face when i pull up the side of him, but hardly any members on here go ahead with this, especially not with a 206, if i could i'd sell my 206 and get a Leon anyday, they appear to be very tunable

haha cheers for all the comments, some good ideas and advice, may have to think about the project thing but yeah the jersey rally did raise my enthusiasm haha, this isnt for now just a thing for the futre and was wondering if it was actually possible, i was quoted 280 from the racing specialist over here, i think the figures arent that bad, each item adds a fair bit of bhp ? but yeah cheers guys

hilarious, as if for a minute a ferrari or a lambo is bought because its 'the fastest'... you buy one because its status, you look cool as f*** and the only people who slag them off are people that cant afford them and are very jealous. the fact he gets over taken by a dog s**t 206 won't upset him one bit. he still looks ace, you look like a boy racer....not a great look. i've been passed by an evo in a vanquish....i still looked a damn sight better at the next set of lights.....oh and good luck getting 204mph out of a 206.....

my apologies for not agreeing with peoples opinions. although i hope you have been drinking because your 'sentance' makes little to no sense. you seem to be wanting to insult me for two different reasons..... do you want to accuse me of venting personal issues irrelevant to the subject on this site or, are you saying i can't help but disagree with a large percentage of people on here? my apologies again, but i thought a forum was there to get a range of opinions....clearly i'm wrong
