I want them to be nice and bright but dont want to go down the HID route are the phillips ones the best to go for and what is the best value for money? I need H4 by the way. Cheers.

You want Philips +100% Xtreme bulbs, best halogen bulbs on the market

The Phillips are more expensive but well worth in my opinion. Just get the 55W bulbs
