I have got the clips now and understand the wiring diagram but don't understand how the wires will fit inside? I was told there is another part that connects to the clip but is not sold as a seperate as it should come from the loom. For my case I just have those 3 wires and clip any suggestions?

From your description I'm not really sure what you've got, but typically for a connector that sits at the end of wires:

The complete connector is actually a shell that houses contact elements.
The elements are typically crimped on to the the end of the wires from the loom and then pushed into the connector(from the 'loom side' i.e. not the side that faces the mating connector)).

A small metal flap flexes enough over a ridge in the housing to let the element slide into the housing but once in the flap prevents it from backing out again. If you for dome reason ever want to disassemble it again, you need to insert a very thin piece of metal from the contact/front/mating side and depress the flap in order to let the element back out.

He should have the 2 new grey plastic connectors that will plug in to the crystal headlamps & the 6 metal pins if the correct parts where ordered.

I get the feeling the pins havent been ordered.

I visited peugeot dealer and the guy said the part (you referred as 6 metal pins) is not sold as a seperate item and can only be obtained from the loom? Confused Shocked

Lee & also myself have posted the part number up for the pins several times.

Did you ask by part number?

Sorry I had a search and was only able to pick out the Elec clip part number but not the other part, 6 pins?
Why 6 pins when there are 3 wires and in wiring diagram it shows wires connecting directly to Elec clip?

Sorry for these questions.. lol
If someone could show pic of their wiring that would help a lot, it's a bit confusing...

thanks

6 pins
3 for each plug
Each headlight takes one h7 plug.
Each plug has dipped beam, full beam, earth.

If you have the special insert / removal tool you can reuse the original pins BUT the tool is more expensive then just getting 6 new pins Wink
